Product Quality:  We draw on a quarter of a century's worth of translating and interpreting experience in a variety of fields and under various conditions for demanding customers. The format of the original documents to be translated is followed very closely. We include all original images, such as stamps and signatures so that the translated version will look like a facsimile of the original document.
Authentication of Translation: Each of our translations includes a statement that it is a full and faithful translation of the original, certified by the translator's signature and the Company's embossed seal. (The format of the original is followed very closely as well.)
Submitting Documents For Translation: Do not send us any original documents. If you can, scan the documents and e-mail them. You can also send copies by mail. The better the quality of the copy, the better-looking the translated result. When we receive a good copy your document we include any original stamps and signatures in the translated version that will look more like a facsimile of the original document.  (Over the years we have found it to be a nice benefit for our customers who are able to present visually near-identical documents to the sometimes not-so-cooperative bureaucrats.)
Delivery of Translated Documents:  The translations are usually executed within 48 hours. Hard copies will be mailed to you 1st class via USPS at no charge. Should you need a priority mail or overnight delivery via USPS or FedEx, we will simply add the cost of the shipping to your invoice.
Payment for Translated Document: Once you have the translation in your hand and are fully satisfied, we would expect you to pay us, preferably via PayPal. (You don't need a PayPal account to do so; they will simply process your payment by charging your credit card. We will send you a PayPal invoice by e-mail that includes simple instructions to follow.)
